Tornadoes swept through the U.S. Midwest this week, killing more than 150 people, injuring 750, and destroying hundreds of homes. Several churches and church families were affected. A Nazarene coordinated relief effort planned on 200 volunteers to help; nearly 800 showed up ready to serve. (Slide Show) read more

Paula Sergent felt a nudge from God when John Cunningham, who is with JESUS Film Harvest Partners, visited Ashland First Church of the Nazarene, where Sergent is on staff. She felt God leading her to organize a community showing of the JESUS film. She followed God's call and more than 300 people attended the community showing. read more
